Unconditional love means learning to see ourselves as adequate, lovable and okay right now, without any conditions.

You are a diamond right now no matter what you do or feel or what others think of you.

Our personal beliefs are among the most important treasures we possess.  Therefore, choose beliefs that nurture you.  Let go of beliefs that you have outgrown.

Our lives reflect how we see ourselves.  This is always our choice and no one else can change our self-perception for us.

      Our thoughts cause our feelings.

Denying our feelings cuts us off from love.  Learn to feel and accept all of your feelings.

What you resist, you get to keep.

Everything in the universe is perfect.

Acknowledge and respect that your need for approval is crucial.  Take the responsibility to meet it yourself and release others from the expectation that they should.  Enjoy others’ approval, but learn not to depend on it.

   Repressed feelings lead to illness.

I am responsible for what I feel.  Others are responsible for what they feel.

Expecting someone else to automatically know and meet your needs doesn’t work.

“Mirrors” are those people or situations that reflect back to us the hidden and often uncomfortable truth about ourselves.

Blame is not terrible.  But it changes nothing and creates an enormous drain on our energy.

A new learning and growth requires us to step outside our comfort zone and into our learning zone.

What we repress, others will often express.

All emotions have their place and their purpose.
