Time sure does fly when you’re having fun!

Could you do with more balance in your life?

Check in with your values, and where you spend your time….

It’s probably way longer than you think since you:

  • Rang your Mum,
  • Went to the gym,
  • Meditated for 30 day in a row,
  • Had a detox,
  • Took a longish break,
  • Read a book just for fun,
  • Bought a street dweller a meal,
  • Had a massage,
  • Bought yourself a treat (OK, maybe not)
  • Thanked a friend for being one,
  • Bought someone flowers,
  • Went skinny dipping,
  • Ate a whole chocolate bar,
  • Learned a brand new skill,

All of these things (including the ones you thought of while reading the list) will add to the exuberance and authenticity in your life.

Time to make a list and work your way through it.
