Time sure does fly when you’re having fun!
Could you do with more balance in your life?
It’s probably way longer than you think since you:
- Rang your Mum,
- Went to the gym,
- Meditated for 30 day in a row,
- Had a detox,
- Took a longish break,
- Read a book just for fun,
- Bought a street dweller a meal,
- Had a massage,
- Bought yourself a treat (OK, maybe not)
- Thanked a friend for being one,
- Bought someone flowers,
- Went skinny dipping,
- Ate a whole chocolate bar,
- Learned a brand new skill,
All of these things (including the ones you thought of while reading the list) will add to the exuberance and authenticity in your life.
Time to make a list and work your way through it.
